1. Introduction
Welcome to Promptua Store ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing any digital asset from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Products
All products listed on Promptua Store are digital downloads (e.g., ZIP files, PDFs, MP4s). No physical product will be shipped to your address. Access to your file is granted immediately upon successful payment.
3. License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a digital asset, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects (as specified in the product description).
- You CAN: Use the assets in your social media, client projects, and marketing materials.
- You CANNOT: Resell, redistribute, or share the raw source files (e.g., selling the ZIP file itself on another website).
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital goods (instant download), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions: A refund may be considered only if:
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
- The file is technically corrupted and our support team cannot fix it.
5. Payment & Security
We use secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI) to process transactions. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
